ALGIERS-The Directorate General of Customs (DGD) awarded Thursday in Algiers the Shield of Algerian Customs to the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

ALGIERS- The special representative of the UN Secretary General for Libya Abdoulaye Bathily welcomed Wednesday, in Algiers, the efforts of the President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune for the settlement of the Libyan crisis, saying he is convinced that the Libyans will pay attention to his proposals concerning the restoration of security in their country.

ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune received Wednesday the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria, Roumen Petrov, who paid him a farewell visit at the end of his mission in Algeria.

ALGIERS- President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in a meeting of the Council of Ministers he chaired on Tuesday, ordered the revision of the bill setting the terms and conditions for the granting of the economic land in the private domain of the state, stressing the need for a law based on the freedom of each citizen to invest in his field of competence, a Council of Minister's statement said.

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent on Tuesday a written message to his brother President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which comes within the framework of the fraternal relations and permanent contact between the leaders of the two countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad said in a statement.

ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent Tuesday a message of condolences to the family of the late Imam Sidi Abdelkader Othmani sheikh of the Zaouia Othmania of Tolga, in which he said that the deceased was "one of the eminent savants of the Zaouia of Tolga, a destination of all time prized by the scholars and scientists.”

ALGIERS- President Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent Monday a written message to his brother, Emir of the State of Qatar, a sister country, His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, as part of the permanent contact between the leaders of the two countries, the ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad said in a statement.

ALGIERS- The president of the Republic, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, minister of National Defense, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, expressed his deepest condolences following the death as martyrs Monday of the members of a military helicopter's crew in a crash in El Attaf, province of Ain Defla (160 km southwest of Algiers).

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune underlined Monday, in Algiers, a convergence of views between Algeria and Italy on the necessity of working together to contribute to the establishment of security and peace in the Mediterranean region and bring visions on regional issues closer.

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune held Monday, at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic, one-on-one discussions with Italy’s Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, who is on a working and friendship visit to Algeria.
