ALGIERS- Minister of Foreign Affairs Sabri Boukadoum stressed Tuesday the key role of the non-aligned countries in the international efforts aimed at resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, reaffirming Algeria’s unconditional support to the struggle of the Palestinian people until the recovery of their independence.
ALGIERS- The partial lockdown measures from midnight to 04:00 on the morning of the next day have been extended in 14 provinces for a period of 21 days, as of Monday 21 June, according to the decision taken by the Government, in implementation of the guidelines of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as part of the fight against the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), the Prime Minister’s Office said Sunday in a statement.
ALGIERS- Minister of the National Education Mohamed Ouadjoaut on Sunday gave the official start of the Baccalaureate examination for 2020-2021 school year in the secondary school Ali Boussehaba, in the commune of Draria (west of Algiers).

ALGIERS-The National Liberation Front Party (FLN) took the lead in the 12 June legislative elections with 105 seats out of 407 seats that make up the People’s National Assembly, according to the preliminary results announced Tuesday by President of the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE), Mohamed Charfi.
ALGIERS- The preliminary results of the legislative elections of June 12 are to be announced Tuesday afternoon by the chairman of the National Independent Authority for Elections (ANIE), Mohamed Charfi, at a news conference to be held at Abdelatif Rahal International Conference Centre, ANIE said.
ALGIERS- A total of 641,187 pupils will sit, as of Tuesday, for the intermediate education examination for the school year 2020-2021.
