ALGIERS- Minister of Post, Telecommunications, Technologies and Digital Technology Houda Imane Faraoun will take part in the Extraordinary Congress of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) which will be held from 3 to 7 September 2018, in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), said Wednesday a ministerial communiqué.
