ALGIERS- Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad called on the governors to make sure to respect the regulatory deadlines for the issuing of town planning certificates or the notification of refusal driven by the competent authority, by strengthening the appropriate and periodic control and monitoring mechanisms, according to a note published on Monday.

MEDEA- Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City Abdelwahid Temmar announced Monday, in Medea, that the law on town planning, which dates from 1990, will be soon revised, affirming that the changes that the country has experienced, during the last decades, require the revision of this law to adapt it to  Algeria of tomorrow.
