ALGIERS- The deputies of the People’s National Assembly adopted on Wednesday by majority the bill on the fight against speculation. 

ALGIERS- Justice Minister Abderrachid Tabi said Tuesday in Algiers that the bill on the fight against illegal speculation had been drafted to deal with large speculators who have "declared war on the citizen," threatening, through the exploitation of purchasing power, the stability of society.

ALGIERS-President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune said on Sunday that the criminalization of the act of speculation provides a penalty of "30 years in prison at least, up to life imprisonment or even capital punishment.
