HASSI R'MEL (LAGHOUAT) - Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad announced on Wednesday in Hassi R'Mel (Laghouat) that an international arrest warrant would be issued against the main defendant in the case of Sonatrach acquisition of the Augusta refinery (Italy).
