ALGIERS-The Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea to Algeria, Alhassane Barry said on Monday that he solicited the support of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, for a "successful and peaceful" transition in this country.

ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune received Monday the Ambassador of Sudan to Algeria, Elabeid Mohamed Elabeid Rahma, and the Ambassador of Guinea, Alhassane Barry, who paid him a farewell visit at the end of their missions in Algeria.

ALGIERS-An incident has occurred on the Spanish side late Sunday morning, on the Medgaz gas pipeline linking Algeria to Spain, "causing a temporary break in the gas supply of Spain", said Sonatrach in a statement.
