ALGIERS-The Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Aimene Benabderrahmane said Monday that the approach to granting investment incentives will be revised to include a new approach excluding "rentiers" and favoring real investors.

ALGIERS- The National Investment Development Agency (ANDI) had, until last November, unfrozen 581 applications to benefit from the advantages granted by the State to the investors, President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune said Saturday in Algiers.

ALGIERS-The National Agency for Investment Development (ANDI) received the declarations of 1365 investment projects worth nearly DZD360 between January and September 2021, the agency’s Director-General, Mustapha Zikara, said Tuesday.

DUBAI- Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Aimene Benabderrahmane said, in statements to the press broadcast Monday, that the new law on investment has been subject to substantial amendments to promote deregulation. 

ALGIERS- Minister of Industry, Ahmed Zaghdar, said that 402 completed investment projects haven’t been exploited nationwide due to administrative reasons.

GUELMA-The Minister of Industry, Ahmed Zeghdar on Monday installed a national committee on investment-related problems responsible for solving the administrative problems that have hampered the entry into service of investments.

ALGIERS- The participants in a workshop on “ways to give a fresh boost to investments, the creation of wealth and sustainable jobs,” organized as part of the Government-Governors meeting, stressed the necessity of unifying the legislation governing the investments in one text comprising all the aspects.

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune said Sunday he had given instructions to ensure the stability of the legislation on investments for a period of at least 10 years.
