ALGIERS-The new law on investment will enable big car manufacturers to set up in Algeria “with a significant integration rate,” the Minister of Industry affirmed Sunday in Algiers.

ALGIERS-The Council of Ministers adopted Thursday at a special meeting chaired by the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the draft new law on investment, said a statement of the Council.

ALGIERS- Obstacles have been lifted for 854 investment projects out of 915 listed projects, the Council of ministers said in a statement.

ALGIERS- Some 21 pending investment projects have benefited from the lifting of obstacles in the last few weeks, a Council of Ministers meeting's statement said Sunday.

MEDEA- About a thousand pending investment projects, for various reasons, have been unlocked nationwide in the past three months, as part of the move aimed at removing the obstacles on productive investments, initiated by President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Minister of Industry Ahmed Zeghdar said Sunday in Medea.
