While examining the point related to the protection, control and traceability of international and domestic trade, President Tebboune ordered “the elaboration of a bill on the creation of a high council for the regulation of imports,” the Council of ministers said in a statement.

“This council, under the supervision of Prime minister, will be tasked to define the products, goods and materials destined to the national market, and whose functioning will be interactive, taking into consideration the increase or decrease of the national products,” said the source.  

President Tebboune affirmed, during this meeting, that “protecting endangered specimens of species of wild fauna and flora  must be part of an inclusive national vision.”
