ABUDJA- Energy Ministers of Algeria, Niger and Nigeria agreed on Monday, during a tripartite meeting on the Trans-Saharan Gas Pipeline project in Abudja, to lay the first milestones of this project in anticipation of its implementation “within the shortest time,” said Minister of Energy and Mining Mohamed Arkab.
