ALGIERS- Congolese minister of Hydrocarbons, acting president of the OPEC Conference, Bruno Jean-Richard Itoua, said Sunday in Algiers that energy cooperation between Algeria and the Republic of Congo will open promising prospects for partnership between the two countries.
