ALGIERS- Minister of Energy and Mines Mohamed Arkab affirmed Tuesday, in Algiers, that the amendments introduced in the new mining bill will enable boosting the investment and simplifying the procedures, underlining that the sector of mines remains open to the public and private economic operators.
