ALGIERS- The overall compliance with the Oil Production Cut Agreement concluded between the Organization of petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its allies, reached a very positive rate in January 2021, exceeding 100%, Minister of Energy and Mining Mohamed Arkab said Wednesday, in Algiers.
