Technical-legal obstacles behind freezing importation of cars under three years

ALGIERS- Minister of Industry Ferhat Ait Ali Braham underlined Thursday that freezing the importation of vehicles under three years is due to several technical and legal obstacles which do not allow exercising this commercial activity.
