ALGIERS- The 12^th ministerial meeting of OPEC and Non-OPEC countries, held on Thursday, reaffirmed the continued commitment of oil-producing countries participating in the Declaration of Cooperation to a stable market, through the adoption of several decisions, the Ministry of Energy said in a statement related to this meeting.
