ALGIERS- A new set of specifications and a "best practice guide" to support micro-enterprises were presented to the Prime Minister Thursday, in Algiers, at a meeting chaired by Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Brahim Boumzar, and Deputy Minister for Micro-enterprises, Nassim Diafat.
