ALGIERS-The Government on Wednesday held a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad who listened to a presentation on the draft executive decree modifying and completing the decree enacted in 2003 setting the conditions and the level of financial aid provided to young project holders and broadening the mechanism to the unemployed, students  and some categories of workers.
