ALGIERS- The thirteen member countries of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) agreed on continuing consultations with their allies to reach a consensus adapted to the oil market, before meeting again next Thursday as part of the OPEC+, the minister of Energy and chairman of the OPEC conference, Abdelmadjid Attar, said Tuesday.
