AIN DEFLA- Construction works of 140,000 rental-purchase housing units will be launched by the end of the current month in a number of provinces, announced Monday in Ain Defla Director General of the National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL), Belaaribi Mohamed Tahar.
