ALGIERS- Minister of Finance Aymen Benabderrahmane presented Monday the Finance bill 2021 at the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament),at a plenary session chaired by Salah Goudjil, the house's acting speaker, in the presence of the minister for Relations with Parliament, Bessma Azouar.
