ALGIERS- Minister of Energy Mustapha Guitouni received Thursday, in Algiers, Lord Richard Risby, representative of the British Prime Minister in charge of economic partnership with Algeria, with whom he broached energy cooperation opportunities between Algeria and the United Kingdom, said the Ministry in a communiqué.
