ALGIERS- Several measures for the development of SMEs will be proposed in the draft Finance Bill 2018, in application of the law on development of the Small and Medium Entreprise (SMEs) promulgated in early 2017, Industry and Mining Ministry’s General Director for SMEs Abdelghani Mebarek told APS.
