MOSCOW-Minister of Energy Noureddine Boutarfa said Thursday in Moscow that the OPEC and non-OPEC countries will seize the opportunity of the Vienna meeting on 25 May to extend adherence to the principle of adoption of a common position vis-à-vis trends on the world oil market.
