ALGIERS- Minister of Culture and Arts Malika Bendouda kicked off Monday, in Algiers, the festivities of the Heritage Month 2021, by visiting Dar El Soltane and Serkadji prison.

ALGIERS- Singer and performer of the Andalusian song and different Algerian musical genres Naima Ababsa died Sunday, in Algiers, at the age of 58 following a long illness, said the Ministry of Culture and Arts.

STOCKHOLM- The film "Their Algeria (Leur Algére)" by director Lina Soualem (French of Algerian-Palestinian origin), will compete at the 11th Arab Film Festival in Malmo (Sweden), to be held from 6 to April 11 with the participation of nearly 40 films from 23 countries, the organizers said.
