National Photography Fair in Tebessa: Hundred of photos dedicated to marginalized areas

TEBESSA (Algeria)- Hundred of photos were exhibited on the sidelines of the third National Fair of Photography, which kicked off Tuesday at Mohamed Chebouki Palace of Culture in Tebessa (611,75 km east of Algiers), to bring to light the situation in marginalized areas.
