Messahel meets with Libya's GNA Premier

TRIPOLI-Minister of Maghreb Affairs, the African Union and the Arab League Abdelkader Messahel met Friday in Tripoli with Libya's Prime Minister of the Government of National Accord Fayez al-Sarraj as part of his visit to Libya, which aims to bridge views between Libyans and reach a peaceful solution based on dialogue and national reconciliation.
ALGIERS-Algeria has "vigorously" condemned the despicable terrorist attack perpetrated Thursday in Champs Elysées Avenue, stressing that this "criminal" act shows once again that counterterrorism is an "arduous and a long-term task" that requires increased vigilance, said Friday the Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry Abdelaziz Benali Cherif.
ALGIERS-President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika sent to his French counterpart François Hollande a message in which he "strongly condemned" the terrorist attack in France, reiterating Algeria's readiness for a "strong cooperation and solidarity" with the rest of the international community under the aegis of the United Nations to address the terrorism scourge.
MESRATA (Libya)-Minister of Maghreb Affairs, the African Union and the Arab League Abdelkader Messahel arrived Thursday in Mesrata (west of Libya) to meet many politicaln military and civil figures part of a visit to bridge Libyan belligerents' viewpoints in favour of a peaceful settlement to the crisis that shakes the country.
