ALGIERS- The primary production of hydrocarbons of the national company “Sonatrach” dropped in 2020 to reach 176 million toe, following the implementation of the Oil Production Cut Agreement signed between OPEC (the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries) and its allies, said Sonatrach CEO Tewfik Hakkar.
