ALGIERS- Voter turnout in the municipal elections reached 13.30% at one o'clock in the afternoon, the chairman of the National Independent Authority for Elections, Mohamed Charfi, said Saturday.

GHARDAIA-The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Lower House), Brahim Boughali, on Saturday cast his ballot at the polling station of "Abi-Ishak Brahim Tfyeche" school, located in Beni-Isguen (province of Ghardaia).
