ALGIERS-Prime Minister Abdelaziz Djerad participated Tuesday in a meeting via videoconference of the Contact Group on Libya as a representative of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, announced the Prime Minister's office in a communiqué.

TRIPOLI-Chairman of Presidential Council of Libya's Government of National Accord (GNA) Fayez Mustapha al Sarraj on Tuesday advocated urgent resumption of the political dialogue led by the United Nations with a view to agree on an inclusive roadmap and a political process involving all Libyans.

ALGIERS- President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, reaffirmed Algeria's readiness to continue its support to the Libyan people, deploring, by the same token, "the serious ongoing abuses" in this country, especially in this holy month of Ramadan.

NEW YORK (United Nations) - The United Nations has expressed concern about the current situation in Libya and said that the Libyan political agreement is the only international framework for resolving the crisis in the country, said a spokesman for the organization's Secretary-General.

OYO (Republic of Congo)-African leaders of the contact group of the African Union (AU) on Libya affirmed Thursday in Oyo their commitment to the group’s roadmap mainly aimed at holding the Inclusive inter-Libyan Reconciliation Conference.

ALGIERS- The chairman of Libya's High Council of State, Khaled al-Mishri, expressed Wednesday in Algiers "his gratitude and thanks" to Algeria for its unswerving fraternal positions on Libya crisis," the Upper House said in a statement.
