ALGIERS-Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamamra received Wednesday in Algiers heads of the observer delegations of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the European Union in charge of monitoring the legislative polls on 4 May, Hani Abu al Hosni and Tomasso Capio Gliyou respectively.
