ALGIERS- The minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, received Thursday, in Algiers, the Libyan minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Mangoush, who is on a visit to Algeria, the ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
