ALGIERS- The European Union (EU) is Algeria's "main strategic partner" in terms of trade, according to indicators and operations carried out in 2020, said Thursday the Commerce Ministry’s director general of foreign trade, Khaled Bouchelaghem.

ALGIERS- Algeria and the European Union held Monday, by video link, their 12th session of the Association Council, centered on the bilateral relations and the prospects of the association agreement between the two sides since 2005.

ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune said that Algeria will not renounce the Association Agreement with the European Union (EU). It will rather revise the timetable relating to the tariff dismantling timeframe in line with its economic interests.
