ALGIERS- President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune received Monday in Algiers the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Algeria, Li Lianhe, who paid him a farewell visit at the end of his mission in Algiers, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.

ALGIERS-The Integrated Phosphates Project (IPP) will allow Algeria to be one of the main countries exporting fertilizers, CEO of Sonatrach Group, Toufik Hakkar said Tuesday.

ALGIERS-The Algerian groups ASMIDAL (a subsidiary of Sonatrach) and MANAL on the one hand, and the Chinese companies WUHUAN and TIAN'AN on the other hand, signed Tuesday a shareholders' agreement on the creation, in partnership, of a joint-stock company under Algerian law to start the preliminary activities to develop the Integrated Phosphate Project (PPI).

ALGIERS- The Chinese pharmaceutical laboratories SINOVAC hope to broaden the partnership opportunities with Algeria to produce different types of vaccines, the laboratories’ Chief Executive Officer Gao Qiang affirmed on Monday.

ALGIERS-A delegation of the Chinese laboratory Sinovac has arrived in Algeria to assess the progress of its partnership with Saidal Group for the production of the anti-Covid vaccine, the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry said Sunday in a statement.

ALGIERS-Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab said Monday in Algiers that the possible beginning of the exploitation project of the iron mine of Gara Djebilet (Tindouf) will be decided in September according to the results of studies conducted by a Chinese group.
