Baddari chairs ceremony honoring Huawei global finals’ grand prize winners in Shenzhen, China

ALGIERS  - The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, chaired this Sunday evening, in Algiers, a ceremony honoring students who won major prizes in the global finals of Huawei’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) competition, held in Shenzhen, China.
