Higher Education Minister receives nanotechnology patent holder

ALGIERS  - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Kamal Baddari received Wednesday, at the ministry's headquarters, the holder of a new patent in the field of nanotechnology, Nesrine Morsli, who is a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Applied Biochemistry from M'Hamed Bougara University in Boumerdes, according to a ministry statement.
