ALGIERS- The head of the Algerian-Spanish cultural association Miguel-de-Cervantes, Fernando Novo Lens, has criticized the mismanagement of the situation by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and his lack of political vision that have triggered a "political and diplomatic disaster" between Algiers and Madrid.
