ALGIERS-The Director-General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), Mohamed Ould Aomar welcomed Algeria's proposal to establish an Arab body for comprehensive strategic studies to implement the Arab Education Plan in times of crisis, said Sunday the Ministry of Education in a statement.
