ALGIERS- Algeria and Peru held recently in Lima the fourth session of the bilateral Political Consultation Mechanism, 11 years after the last similar meeting, signing a "return to normal of the diplomatic activity" between the two countries, according to a joint statement released at the end of the session Sunday.
