ALGIERS- The minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, will pay a visit to the Libyan capital, Tripoli, Thursday to participate in a ministerial conference in support of Libya's stability, at the invitation of his Libyan counterpart, Najla Al-Mangoush.
