ALGIERS- An armed terrorist surrendered to the military authorities in Bordj Badji Mokhtar and three terrorist supporters were arrested by Army detachments in Tiaret and Khenchla, during the period between 20 and 26 January, the ministry of National Defense said in a statement Wednesday.
