ALGIERS-“Algeria is the target of a ferocious colonial campaign for economic and political blackmail,” affirmed on Wednesday Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Arab Maghreb Union (AMU) Said Mokaddem in reaction to the resolution of the European Parliament (EP) on the situation of human rights in Algeria.
