ALGIERS- Members of the Council of Nation adopted, Thursday in Algiers, the bill on the protection and the fight against the crimes of kidnapping, in a plenary session chaired by interim president Salah Goudjil and attended by Minister of Relations with Parliament, Besma Azouar.
