ALGIERS-Niger's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, African Integration and Nigeriens Abroad, Kalla Ankourao said Tuesday in Algiers that he “is is fully satisfied” with his talks with his Algerian counterpart, Abdelkader Messahel, and welcomed “a convergence of views” on all issues.
