BRUSSELS- The meeting with the EU foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini has been an occasion to "deepen" the talks on the common-interest questions, namely the situation in the Sahel and the Algerian-European counterterrorism cooperation, said Monday in Brussels Minister of Maghreb Affairs, African Union and Arab League Abdelkader Messahel.
