WASHINGTON- The Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights has condemned "strongly" the recent attempt of the Moroccan press to discredit the Sahrawi human rights defender Aminatou Haidar, regretting this assault that impugns the reputations of other human rights defenders and NGOs in Western Sahara.

BRUSSELS – The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) on Tuesday has declared that the EU-Morocco fisheries agreement "valid" insofar as this agreement is inapplicable in Western Sahara and the Sahrawi territorial waters.
