CHAHED EL HAFEDH- The Head of the Sahrawi Petroleum and Mining Authority Ghali Zubair affirmed that the decision of the European Union Council to sign an amendment to the EU-Morocco association agreement doesn’t mean at all the renewal of the fisheries agreement between the two parties, affirming that it expired on 14 July 2018 and is condemned by the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) for its illegal extending to the Sahrawi territorial waters.
