ALGIERS – The National Council for Human Rights (CNDH) voiced "concern" over the footages and speeches contained in some programmes broadcast by some television channels, which "publicly incite to violence against women and even downplay it."The Council also calls for measures to be taken to put an end to these excesses, a statement said Monday.
