SOUK AHRAS (Algeria)- Athlete Toufik Makhloufi was honoured Monday evening in Souk Ahras for the silver medal he won in the 1500m event at the World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar (September 27 - October 6), and his previous achievements.
