ALGIERS- The minister of Solidarity, Family and Women’s Affairs Ghania Eddalia will pay, from 22 to 23 January, a working visit to Tunisia, at the invitation of the Tunisian minister of Socials Affairs Mohamed Trabelsi said Saturday, the ministry in a communiqué.

Over 68,000 cases of divorce in 2017

ALGIERS- Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh said Thursday, in Algiers, that more than 68,000 cases of divorce were recorded in 2017 against 349,544 marriages, representing 19.54%, underlining that this rate is “low” compared with Arab and European countries.
ALGIERS- The different units of the People’s National Army seized in 2017 more than 486 quintals of cannabis resin and five (05) kilograms of cocaine, said Thursday the National Defence Ministry in its annual report.
ORAN- Forty (40) illegal immigrants were repatriated Wednesday, from Spain to Oran (432km West of Algiers), aboard a passengers ship serving the Almeria-Oran maritime line.
